Neil Jones, Category Manager

With nearly 10 years’ experience in the social housing and construction sectors, Neil manages the procurement of Merchant Services, New Build Contractors, Fleet, and Fuel Cards. He previously worked for a large procurement consortia managing spend of over £100 million for decent homes projects across the UK.

With over 25 years’ experience within strategic, operational and commercial procurement and supply chain environments, Keith is an expertise within the fields of end-to-end materials management, national sourcing strategies and best practice e-procurement.


Craig Ainscow

Craig Ainscow, Category Manager

An MCIPS qualified professional, Craig has over five years’ procurement experience delivering a variety of projects. He manages a range of direct spend categories including Builder’s Merchants and Whole House Contractors. Craig also developed the Places for People Group’s Supply Chain Code of Conduct.

With over 15 years’ procurement experience, Lisa’s role involves the procurement and contract management of indirect spend categories - including energy, recruitment, legal services, office related goods and services, and travel management.


Matthew Grice, Buyer

Matt manages various areas of spend including estate and facilities management, corporate services and ICT. He is currently working towards completion of the CIPS Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply.
