How the call-off process works
The below is intended as a guide on how to call-off from one of our solutions. We will remain in contact with you throughout the whole process and life of the contract.
Discuss your requirements with us. We’ll create a timeline for the call-off process, taking account of the two week setting up period, in-line with your requirements.
Consult with your internal teams to create all relevant invitation to tender documentation (ITT). We can help with appropriate templates if necessary.
Send ITT documentation to us for review and setting up of the tender on Due North.
Two week setting-up period.
Tender to run for relevant timescales.
Tender response evaluation.
Evaluation scores passed to Procurement Hub. We will issue a Contract Award Notice and arrange for all contract documentation to be signed.
