We’ve appointed two first-ranked contractors, one for each region in England and Scotland, offering our members immediate access to industry-leading expertise. Our first-ranked contractors are Allenbuild Ltd and Forrest.

Allenbuild Ltd

Allenbuild Ltd has been awarded first-ranked contractor status for the Midlands, South West, South East and East Anglia – as well as the Scottish North East region.

Allenbuild operates nationally undertaking new build, refurbishment and fitting out for both public and private sectors; working on projects of up to £40 million contract value.

Forrest has been selected as our first-ranked contractor for the North West, North East, Yorkshire, and Humberside regions.The company is an innovative building contractor with offices in Bolton, Gateshead and Leeds.

Forrest’s principal activity spans new build housing, refurbishment and responsive maintenance, delivering over £69m worth of projects developing schools, private housing, offices and university buildings in the last year.
