The final piece for full service support
Designed to complement our other solutions for Property Works and Compliance Services, Specialist Contractors is the final element to a full support service to help with all your repairs and maintenance related projects.
Specialist Contractors DPS has been created to enable our members to call on experts for works not usually completed by their Direct Labour Organisation or principal contractor.
Our Specialist Contractors DPS can support your business on a number of different requirements including:
- Access Control and Door Entry Systems
- Automatic Doors
- CCTV Systems
- Intruder Alarms
- Pest Control
- TV Aerials
The contractors appointed to the DPS are all qualified and experienced in providing, repairs, maintenance, servicing and installations works in their specialised field.
These specialist suppliers have to demonstrate their suitability to take part in projects by providing industry recognised accreditations where applicable – only then are they eligible to join the DPS. Our solution is tailorable on a regional basis and even allows you to continue working with your existing suppliers, whilst meeting OJEU regulations.
So join for free today and become a member of one of the fastest growing procurement consortia in the UK.
Our members get access to our wide range of innovative and flexible frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems, reducing the time, cost and hassle involved in finding high quality suppliers. All our services are fully EU compliant, so our members save time and money on procurement activities whilst meeting all their legal requirements.
