Our Strategic Asset Management Services Framework has been designed so asset managers can employ the providers to assist in making sure their assets are safe, habitable and fit for the future.

The landscape for asset management can be very complex with the range of services required by the public sector being diverse.

This framework has been separated into 5 specialist lots to enable members to access specialists to meet their requirements for strategic asset management as well as a multi disciplinary lot for members to easily access a provider who can provide a joined up approach to all of their assets.

Lot 5 Energy Efficiency
Lot 6 Multi Discipline

The multi-discipline lot includes all of these services, as well as complementary services, including, asbestos surveys and electrical testing.

The framework has been structured so an Asset Manager can employ the services of providers to assist them in making sure their assets are safe, habitable and fit for the future. The main focus of the framework is building safety, asset strategy and decarbonisation.

Members can access the framework through either a direct award option through the ranking system or mini competition to retain value for money.
